The Whale’s Tail Bakery is nestled in the coastal community of Manzanita, Oregon. A small batch bake house creating bread and pastries by hand based in time and technique using organic PNW grown grains.

Currently available bakes occur on Saturday morning through Instagram delivering locally same day.
