CANELE DE MANZANITA

Canele de Manzanita. Traditionally a French pastry originating in Bordeaux sometime between the 15th and 18th centuries. Fluted crisp dark caramelized crust with a tender custard like interior flavored with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla and bourbon.
